My Approach

Jess brings a collaborative, flexible, and curious approach to her work, grounded in building strong therapeutic relationships. She creates a safe, inclusive space that is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, LGBTIQA+ inclusive, and culturally responsive. Drawing on a breadth of psychological and occupational therapy frameworks, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Sensory Modulation, and Polyvagal Theory. Jess works alongside individuals to explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and support meaningful, values-aligned change.
