Dagmara has completed the Specialist Course Integrative Couples Therapy from Relationships Australia. She works with couples at all stages of their relationships, including those who are just starting, those in long-term partnerships, and those navigating separation and reconciliation. She has an interest in assisting couples who struggle with negotiations around culture, race and religion.

Dagmara supports couples through a range of underlying issues, including trauma, addictions, bereavement, and anger problems, acknowledging that each couple is unique.

In her practice, Dagmara offers a safe and confidential space where individuals can be heard and feel respected, exploring issues of their choice at their own pace. Her focus is on drawing outyour unique strengths and abilities to foster positive change and manage expectations. Dagmara implements several approaches to therapy, including Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Self-compassion.
